You can buy tickets up to the day of the tour itself. The cut-off times for sales are as follows - Evening tours - 4pm on the same day. After these times you can continue to buy Ghost Tour tickets in advance from our on street sales representative at Alberrys Wine Bar before 8pm. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour start.
When you buy tickets online you will receive a confirmation email of your booking and a confirmation email from PayPal that your payment has been processed. Please bring a note of your unique booking reference with you to gain your tickets at the meeting point.
To ensure your tour begins on time we ask everyone to arrive at the designated location fifteen minutes before the tour is due to begin.

Books and other Merchandise
Books and other merchandise, including T-shirts, mugs, etc., purchased on line will be posted via The Royal Mail in the UK and are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. The cost of postage may vary, but, unless you see otherwise, the price you pay will include the postage fees within the UK. Normal delivery times will take 3-5 days. Green Bard Productions takes no responsibility for non-delivery of items purchased which are delayed by the Royal Mail delivery system or strikes which may occur from time to time.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds & Overpayments
Tickets Cancellations - If you wish to cancel your booking you can do so up to 48 hours prior to the date of your tour. Please contact us on 0845 519 0267 to receive a refund (9am - 5pm) to reserve (After 5pm please call 07779 575831).
Group Booking (15+) - If you book via email and receive an email confirmation by return, this insitutes a contract between you and The Canterbury Ghost Tour Producer.If you do not attend for any reason and have not informed the producer of your cancellation by phone or email, the producer reserves the right to charge £100 or the value of the booking which ever is the greater. The sum must be payable with immediate effect via Pay Pal UK - An email requesting payment will normally be issued within 24 hours of the date and time of the non show of the booking.
Refunds - If upon arrival the ticket holder feels unwell and cannot attend the tour, then no refund can be given.
If Green Bard Productions cancel the tour you will receive a full refund. Please keep all relevant emails as evidence of purchase.
Multiple Payments - Please note: if you have pressed the Payment Button twice in clear contradiction of the advice clearly marked on the Tickets Page and you are charged twice, you will not be entitled to a refund for any overpayment of funds.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 days. It must be in its original condition and packaging. Should an item arrive from us damaged, please keep the item, invoice note & original packing as Royal Mail may request proof of damage. A full refund will be applied to the credit card used for the purchase.
Goods returned for reason other than fault or damage will be refunded less the cost of delivery.

Proof of posting is not proof of receipt by us. We recommend you use Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.
If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is specified, resulting in failed delivery, re-delivery can be arranged (subject to a re-delivery cost) or a refund can be issued less delivery costs. Where goods are faulty, postage costs will be refunded. Green Bard Productions © 2012
